Note: Free Gift will not be available during the Sale. Free gifts won't be available every time. If Free gift is available it will appear on your Cart Page. If not available then it won't show up anywhere.

Types Of Gifts

  1. Fixed Gift: you would not have the choice to select the gifts. Gift(s) will be added to your cart automatically according to your shopping/cart value.
  2. Choice-based Gift: Here you would have the choice to select the gift(s) according to your shopping/cart value. It won't be added to your cart automatically. You have to add the gifts manually to your cart. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Gifts are available for every customer, who spends over $2 up to $100.
  • Gifts can be changed on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • During the Gift period, these Products/Patterns won't be available for normal purchase.
  • Gift Ranges are defined on the Cart Page.
  • e.g; For $2 - $5 shopping allows you to add 1 Free gift.
  • e.g; $5 - $10 shopping allows you to add 2 Free gifts and so on.
  • *If you add more gifts than you are allowed to, you would not be able to proceed to checkout.
  • We reserve all the rights to change/discard/remove gifts at any time.

How To Claim My Free Gift or Gifts?

  • First, log in to your account.
  • Then, Add your desired products to your cart and visit Cart Page. Click here to visit Cart Page
  • On the Cart Page, you will see a message as shown in the image down below.
  • The message will tell you How Many Free Gifts are available for you according to your cart value. The more your cart value is, the more gifts you get.

  • Scroll Down a bit and check available gifts.
  • If you like any gift simply click on ADD CART, as shown in the given image below.
  • After adding to the cart you can proceed to Checkout.
  • *If you add more gifts than you are allowed to, you would not be able to proceed to checkout.

  1.  Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!
  2. Getting error...! That means you are trying to purchase another quantity of  digital downloadable items.
  3. Simply reduce the quantity to 1 by down arrow  and bring it to 1 then click on update icon . 

  1. Send an email with your both of your order numbers (including the one that has the duplicate purchase and your old order).
  2. We will compensate you with either Store Credits or a refund.

  2. Or see the main menu and find out a $ Sign and Credits on the menu.
  3. You can find your credits and their usage details 


  1. Due to the Digital Nature of Products, you can't cancel your order.
  2. But you can Cancel finished embroidery orders within 24 hours.
  3. Simply email us and we will cancel your order.

  1. We don't offer refunds due to the digital nature of products. Under some circumstances, we may.
