Select Patch Size
It is easy and simple to specify the size of the custom embroidered patch. Just write down the preferred size below in the form section, and we will automatically calculate and estimate it to the nearest half-inch!
Select Embroidery
The design and the size of the patch decides the patch’s embroidery percentage:
A 50% Embroidered Patch, half of the patch’s twill backing will be visible. This is good for portraying messages as it will have a lot of space.
A 75% Embroidered Patch covers more of the twill and allows large and complex artwork.
A 100% Embroidered Patch has no twill visible and covers all backing with embroidery, which makes it very detailed.
Select Backing
We provide multiple backings for the patches; Traditional Sew-on, Iron-on, Button loops, Velcro, etc. Each backing has its own advantages and uses. Our proficient and skilled staff will help to choose the best backing in accordance with the application and requirement.

Select Border
You may choose the border style of your own preference. Hot Cut borders have sharp and intense edges which are perfect for intricate designs. The Merrow border is a classic round and raised edge around your patch.
Select Thread & Colors
It is up to you to choose a classic thread or metallic. You can choose up to seven thread colors with no additional charges. If you want more colors, we are more than happy to show you more than hundreds of thread colors to choose from and know that your patch will only come out exactly how you plan & want it to be!
Select Button Loop
Button loops are a great option, designed to hang from a button or a lapel pin.
No sewing or gluing is required just a place to hang from!
