Falcon Embroidery is a team of artists, digitizers, and crafters who create machine embroidery designs, fonts, appliqué, and in-the-hoop projects for embroiderers. We’re people who get excited when an idea becomes something you can hold. To us, embroidery isn’t just thread on fabric; it’s a way to celebrate, remember, decorate, give, and express yourself. We believe creating something with your own hands should always feel special.

Falcon Embroidery started in 2016 with a single laptop and a passion for turning creative ideas into embroidery-ready designs.
What began as one person’s vision has grown into a team of 30 creative professionals, including designers, digitizers, and crafters. Together, we have built a catalogue of more than 10,000 machine embroidery designs, including appliqué, in-the-hoop projects, and a wide variety of creative techniques.
Our collection is shaped by two things: the ideas we believe will delight our customers and the designs our customers ask us to create. Their requests introduce us to new themes, techniques, and possibilities, and many of those ideas become part of the Falcon Embroidery product library.

A Craft Room, Not a Production line
Created by Our In-House Team
Every Falcon Embroidery design starts with research, only then it ends up in the craft room. Our team of designers and digitizers create every file by hand, never auto-converted, with careful attention to stitch direction, density, and detail for a clean result. Our craft room is where every design goes beyond the digital preview onto the hands of crafters. Before it reaches you, we stitch it on our machines and check the final sew-outs.
The Joy Behind Every Machine
Behind every machine is a team that enjoys creating together. Walk into our craft room on any given day, and you’ll probably hear music playing, someone laughing over a design that didn’t quite work, and plenty of, “Wait, come look at this one.”
Our days go by sketching ideas, testing stitches, comparing thread colours, and trying again when something doesn’t feel right. There’s coffee, tea, music, teamwork, and plenty of trial and error along the way.
We believe good ideas need room to grow. By giving each design the attention it deserves, we notice the small things, a stitch that needs adjusting, a trim that could be removed, or a detail that could be cleaner, and keep working until it feels right.
That’s the difference care makes. We enjoy the process, pay attention to the details, and create designs that we hope will bring you as much joy as they brought us while making them.
