Nine times out of ten, puckering or thread breaks come down to stabilization, hooping tension, or stitch speed rather than the digital design itself, every file is thoroughly test-stitched prior to release.
All smart settings are located in one dedicated place. Log into your account and click Preferences in your sidebar menu. From here, you can set your Smart Duplicate Prevention rules, default machine formats, preferred thread brands, and custom PDF color chart print options.
Smart Duplicate Prevention gives you total control over how purchased designs appear while you shop:
Hide them while I browse: Automatically hides any design you already own from catalog and category pages, giving you a clutter-free view of only new designs.
Show everything: Displays the full catalogue. If you click on a design, you already own, the Add to Cart button is replaced with “You already own this design — download it any time”, preventing duplicate charges.
Every embroidery design includes a dedicated, printable PDF Color Chart, It shows the full stitch sequence, thread colors, stitch counts, hoop dimensions, and trim instructions.
You can access the chart by clicking the dark blue ‘Color Chart’ or ‘Print Color Chart’ button on any design page or under your Downloads tab.
Go to My Account → Preferences→ My Thread and choose your usual brand (like Madeira Rayon, Isacord 40, or Robison-Anton). Every color chart you print from then on will automatically show colors matched to that brand, no need to select it each time.
Under My Account → Preferences → Smart Print Color Chart Options, you can customize every aspect of your printable PDF production sheets so they match your exact workshop setup
My Thread (Automatic Brand Converter): Choose the thread brand you stitch with (for example, Madeira Rayon, Isacord 40, etc.) Every PDF color chart you open will automatically convert and display that brands’ specific thread spool numbers!
Track Embroidery column: Adds a convenient checkbox next to each color sequence step so you can physically tick off colors as you stitch.
Large print: Enlarges font sizes for easy reading next to your machine.
Printer friendly: Uses outline color swatches rather than solid fills to conserve printer ink.
Design image: Prints the full-color design photo next to the title.
Design specification: Displays the detailed spec table with SKU, thread brand, formats, and delivery info.
Size & stitch count: Prints exact hoop dimensions, stitch counts, and thread trims.
Unique colors: Prints the complete unique color swatch grid palette.
Page Size: Set your default paper format to US Letter, A4, or US Legal.
Don’t worry! This is usually just your web browser holding onto an old cached page or a pop-up blocker pausing the download. Here are three quick, easy tricks to try:
- Refresh your page: Press the circular Refresh button near the top of your browser (or press Ctrl + F5 on Windows / Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
- Try Private / Incognito Mode: Open a ‘Private Window’ (in Safari) or ‘Incognito Window’ (in Chrome/Edge/Firefox), log into your account, and try downloading again. Incognito mode ignores old browser clutter and almost always solves stuck download buttons!
- Try the ‘Formats’ button instead: Instead of the full ZIP download, click the orange ‘Formats’ button next to the design to download just your single machine file with one clean click.
A private/incognito window looks the same as normal, just usually with a dark bar or a small icon telling you it’s private. Go to our site again in that window and try the same thing — it solves the problem most of the time.
- Close the browser tab completely and open our site again in a new tab.
- If that doesn’t help, close the browser entirely (not just the tab) and reopen it.
- Still stuck? Restart your computer, phone, or tablet — this fixes the majority of freezing issues.
You can zoom in or out on any page without changing anything permanently:
- To zoom in: hold Ctrl and press + (Windows) or hold Cmd and press + (Mac). Repeat to zoom in further.
- To zoom out: hold Ctrl and press − (Windows) or hold Cmd and press − (Mac).
- To reset: hold Ctrl (or Cmd) and press 0.
- Check that your internet connection is working — try opening any other website to confirm.
- Close extra tabs you’re not using; having too many open at once can slow things down.
- Try refreshing the page (the circular arrow icon near the address bar, or press F5).
- If it still looks wrong, try the private/incognito window trick above, or try a different browser altogether.
If you downloaded the full package, it arrives in a compressed .ZIP folder. You must unzip it before sending files to your embroidery machine:
On Windows: Right-click the .ZIP folder and select ‘Extract All…’. Choose a folder you can easily find (like Desktop or Documents) and click ‘Extract’.
On Mac: Simply double-click the .ZIP file. It will automatically create a regular blue folder with all your embroidery files inside.

If your machine says the USB is empty or doesn’t display your design, check these common reasons:
- File is still inside a ZIP folder: Make sure the file has been extracted/unzipped before copying it to your USB stick. Embroidery machines cannot read .zip files.
- Design is too large for your hoop: If a design is even a millimeter larger than your attached hoop, many machines will hide the file so you don’t accidentally stitch outside the hoop boundary.
- USB stick size / format: Many embroidery machines only recognize smaller USB drives (8GB to 16GB or smaller) formatted in FAT32. Very large external drives may not register.
- Wrong file format: Double-check that you copied the format matching your machine brand (e.g., PES for Brother/Baby Lock, JEF for Janome).
This is completely normal! Embroidery machine files (especially formats like. DST or older .PES files) store stitch coordinates, but some software packages assign random rainbow default colors when opening them.
Your stitches, shapes, and densities are 100% correct. Always follow your downloaded printable PDF Color Chart, which shows the true intended color stops and exact thread spool numbers matched to your preferred thread brand.
No. Go to Under My Account → Preferences → Smart Download Options, choose your machine format (e.g., PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, etc.) from the My machine format dropdown and click Save Formats.

Yes. Creating a free account lets you check out, keep every design you buy in one place, and come back to re-download them any time, even years later.
To sign up, click the Account button at the top of the site, enter your email and a password, and click Create Account. You can also register automatically at checkout during your first purchase.
Yes. There’s nothing physical involved, once your order is complete, your files are ready to download right away from your account.
The moment your order is placed (or when you claim a free design), your files are available immediately on your screen, in your account dashboard, and under your ‘Design Library’ tab.
No. Everything we sell is a digital file. You’ll never receive anything in the mail.
No. Some designs are completely free depends of the offers, and others are paid. Either way, once it’s in your account, it’s yours to download whenever you like.
Not at all. Every design comes with a color chart and full size/format details, so you have what you need whether this is your first project or your five hundredth.
Go to My Account → Account Details. Here you can edit your first name, last name, and email address. To change your password, enter your current password, type your new password, and click ‘Save Changes’. If you leave the password fields blank, it stays the same.
You can save designs you love to your Wishlist to easily find and purchase them later. Your Dashboard tracks your ‘Total Favorites’ alongside your ‘Designs Owned’, ‘Lifetime Downloads’, and ‘Lifetime Orders’.
Both have their own tab in ‘My Account’, Billing Address and Payment Methods, where you can add or update your details.
Yes! Simply check the box “Save payment information to my account for future purchases” at checkout
Navigate to My Account → Payment methods in your customer menu to view, add, or remove saved cards anytime.
Log in and go to your account dashboard, then click “Payment methods” in the left-hand menu. From there you can view any saved methods, or click “Add payment method” to save a new one. If it says “No saved methods found,” it just means you haven’t saved one yet — you can add one any time, or simply enter your details fresh at checkout.
Yes, all payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your full card number ourselves. Saved payment details are handled by our secure payment provider, not stored directly on our site.
No, you don’t need to worry about it. If you visit the page of a design, you have already purchased or claimed, the system will clearly display a notice: ‘You already own this design — download it any time, as often as you like.’
The purchase button is automatically replaced with direct access to ‘Choose Format’ and ‘Print Color Chart’, making it impossible to add duplicate files to your shopping cart.
Your Dashboard shows a quick summary, Designs Owned, Lifetime Downloads, Lifetime Orders, and Total Favorites, right at the top when you log in.
Every design comes with: all the available sizes for that design, every machine format in a single .zip download, a printable color chart already set up with your preferred thread brand, and instant access — no waiting, no physical item ship
Your Dashboard shows a quick summary — Designs Owned, Lifetime Downloads, Lifetime Orders, and Total Favorites — right at the top when you log in.
You can view all past purchases anytime by heading to the ‘Orders’ tab in your account menu.
From the Orders page, you can check your order number, purchase date, order status (such as ‘Completed’ or ‘Processing’), and total cost.
You can also click ‘View’ to review the specific items in an order or click ‘Invoice’ to view and print an official itemized receipt for your records.
Completed: Your order is fully finalized, and all digital files and color charts are immediately unlocked in your account.
Processing: The order is being registered in our system. For digital files, orders typically switch to Completed immediately upon checkout.
Go to My Account → Order History. You’ll see every order with its date, status (like Processing or Completed), and total. Click View for the full order, or Invoice for a printable receipt.
To clear your cart and start fresh, use our Empty Cart button equipped with accidental-click protection:
- Click the red Empty Cart button.
- The button instantly changes to dark blue with the label “Tap again to confirm”.
Click it a second time to safely clear your cart. This ensures you never lose your selected embroidery files by an accidental mis click.
If you have several designs in your cart and want to remove specific ones quickly:
- Click the Bulk Delete button.
- Multi-selection controls will appear: Select all, deselect all, and delete selected.
- Check the boxes next to the designs you want to remove, then click Delete selected to remove them all at once.
Click the small “×” next to any design title in your side cart or main cart page.

Our BOGO deals let you get free designs when you purchase qualifying designs from participating categories.
Buy a set number of designs from one category, and choose 1 design free from a specific category.
Example from our store:
- Buy 3 designs from Halloween category → get any 1 design free from Christmas category.
Look for a small tag on the product image, such as:
- “Buy 3 | Get 1 Free” — this indicates if you buy 3 designs from this category, you can get a design free from another category
- “FREE | Buy 3” — this indicates you can get a free design from this category if you buy 3 from the provided category
- Add the required number of qualifying designs (e.g., 3 designs from Halloween category) to your cart.
- Add your choice of eligible free design (e.g., from our Christmas category, marked with the ‘FREE | Buy 5′ badge) to your cart.
- The discount applies automatically! When you view your cart, the eligible design will instantly update to ‘Bulk price applied: $0.00’.
The qualifying items appear at their normal price.
The free item appears in your cart with its original price struck through and shown as $0.00, sometimes labeled “Bulk price applied.”
This depends on the specific promotion. Some BOGO offers can only be redeemed once per order; others let you repeat the deal as many times as you meet the quantity per checkout.
In our Exclusive Category, you can unlock massive tiered savings when you buy in bulk. It let you unlock a special flat price per design once you add at least 5 from that category instead of a % discount, every qualifying item drops to a fixed price.
Got to → Categories → Look for a tag like “Buy 5 | $2.50 each” on the product image.
When you add any 5 (or more) designs from that qualifying category to your cart, the regular price (e.g. $6.99) automatically drops down to $2.50 each. In your cart, each item will clearly display ‘Bulk price applied: $2.50’
If you have fewer than 5, items stay at full price until you add enough to qualify. You can get any designs within that category to reach your 5.
Design Bundles package multiple themed embroidery files together into a single discounted product. Buying a bundle gives you the complete collection at a significant discount compared to purchasing each design individually.
Products in bundle are usually listed as their own product, add the bundle to your cart in one click, and all the designs inside that bundle will be yours.
Each item will show at the bundle price, rather than each design billed individually at full price.
When your cart reaches a specific promotional spend threshold (for example, $20), a designated Free Gift design is automatically added to your cart at checkout.
In your cart summary, you will see the gift item listed with a special ‘Free gift’ label and the price clearly struck through to ‘Free ($0.00)’. You don’t need to do anything extra, it is automatically unlocked and added to your Downloads upon checkout.
Note: You can’t choose which free gift you receive, it’s set by the current promotion and may change from time to time.
Freebies are different from free gift. Freebies are completely free embroidery designs created for our community. Simply click ‘Add to Cart’ and complete checkout at $0.00. The files, color charts, and all formats are immediately added to your account’s Downloads tab forever. No spending requirement, no bundle, no minimum quantity.
Just add them to your cart like any other item; they’ll check out at $0.00.
Every product image carries a small tag in the corner telling you what it’s part of:

Yes, in most cases! Since our offers work independently (spend-based, quantity-based, category-based), your cart can qualify for more than one at the same time.
For example, you could unlock a BOGO free item and a free gift with purchase and exclusive category pricing all in the same order, as long as you meet each offer’s own requirement.
Our smart cart automatically calculates the best available discounts for each item in your basket — applying bulk tiered pricing to exclusive items, zeroing out your BOGO free item, and attaching your eligible Free Gift all within the same checkout.

This is completely normal! Embroidery machine files (especially formats like. DST or older .PES files) store stitch coordinates, but some software packages assign random rainbow default colors when opening them.
Your stitches, shapes, and densities are 100% correct. Always follow your downloaded printable PDF Color Chart, which shows the true intended color stops and exact thread spool numbers matched to your preferred thread brand.
All smart settings are located in one dedicated place. Log into your account and click Preferences in your sidebar menu. From here, you can set your Smart Duplicate Prevention rules, default machine formats, preferred thread brands, and custom PDF color chart print options.
Smart Duplicate Prevention gives you total control over how purchased designs appear while you shop:
Hide them while I browse: Automatically hides any design you already own from catalog and category pages, giving you a clutter-free view of only new designs.
Show everything: Displays the full catalogue. If you click on a design, you already own, the Add to Cart button is replaced with “You already own this design — download it any time”, preventing duplicate charges.
Every embroidery design includes a dedicated, printable PDF Color Chart, It shows the full stitch sequence, thread colors, stitch counts, hoop dimensions, and trim instructions.
You can access the chart by clicking the dark blue ‘Color Chart’ or ‘Print Color Chart’ button on any design page or under your Downloads tab.
Go to My Account → Preferences→ My Thread and choose your usual brand (like Madeira Rayon, Isacord 40, or Robison-Anton). Every color chart you print from then on will automatically show colors matched to that brand, no need to select it each time.

My Thread (Automatic Brand Converter): Choose the thread brand you stitch with (for example, Madeira Rayon, Isacord 40, etc.) Every PDF color chart you open will automatically convert and display that brands’ specific thread spool numbers!
Track Embroidery column: Adds a convenient checkbox next to each color sequence step so you can physically tick off colors as you stitch.
Large print: Enlarges font sizes for easy reading next to your machine.
Printer friendly: Uses outline color swatches rather than solid fills to conserve printer ink.

Yes, it’s always worth stitching out a design on a scrap piece of the same fabric and stabilizer you plan to use for your final project. It lets you catch any tension or stabilizer issues before they matter.
Small changes are usually fine. Larger resizing can affect stitch density and how clean the design looks, so we recommend downloading the size closest to what you need rather than stretching a file a lot. If a size you need isn’t listed, contact us.
It depends on your fabric and the design’s density; lighter fabrics generally need a stronger stabilizer underneath. If a design page doesn’t specify one, a tear-away or cut-away stabilizer suited to your fabric weight is a safe starting point.
Nine times out of ten, puckering or thread breaks come down to stabilization, hooping tension, or stitch speed rather than the digital design itself, every file is thoroughly test-stitched prior to release.
