• First Step: We will send you a JPG format for approval within 16 working hours.
• Approval: Where you can check spellings and name positions.
• After Approval: We will proceed with your order for digitizing and you will get your order within the next 18 hours.

Privacy:

• Custom digitized files will never be shared/trade/sold with anyone else except you.

Delivery:

• Files will be delivered to your email within the mentioned time.

Turnaround Time: 

•  24 - 36 working hours for complicated logos.
  
• Contact us if you didn't get your files within the mentioned time.

• Your order will be canceled if you submitted the wrong information.
• Please email us within 2 hours of the order, if you want to cancel your order.
• After 2 hours your cancelation won't be accepted.
