Q1: Should I pre-wash my fabric?
Yes, dear! Pre-washing is key. Natural fabrics like cotton and linen can shrink after embroidery, causing puckering. Pre-washing ensures your Be Proud Of Who You Are project stays flat and smooth.
Q2: How do I get the file onto my machine?
It's simple! Download the ZIP folder to your computer, extract the files, and copy the specific format your machine needs onto a USB stick. That's it!
Q3: How do I wash my embroidered items?
Wash gently in cool or cold water with a mild detergent. To keep your stitches looking fresh, air dry or tumble dry on a very low setting.
Q4: How do I avoid buying the same design twice?
Easy! If you're logged into your account when you view a design you already own, the system will show a red message saying "You have already bought this product!" and the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced by a download link.
Q5: Which embroidery file formats are included?
All downloads are in a ZIP file. You'll find DST, PES, JEF, HUS, VP3, EXP, XXX, ART, and more. These work with Brother, Janome, Bernina, and most other machines.
