Yes, dear! Pre-washing is a great idea, especially for natural fibers like cotton or linen. It stops the fabric from shrinking and pulling at your stitches after the embroidery is done, keeping your project looking neat.
Q2: What exactly does "Light Density" mean for this embroidery design?
Quick Note: Light Density means the stitches aren't packed too closely together. This gives a softer feel and lets some of your fabric's color show through. It creates a lovely, almost sketched look, similar to a watercolor painting.
