Q1: Does the fabric need to be washed first?
Yes, dear! Pre-washing your natural fabrics like cotton or linen is smart, as it prevents the material from pulling or shrinking around your stitches after you finish the project.
Q2: Is it safe to change the size of this design?
Pro Tip: Try to limit resizing to no more than 10%. Scaling outside this range can alter the stitch density of Gradient Haxagon and reduce the quality of your finished artwork.
Q3: Will my machine read the file formats provided?
Every download comes as a ZIP file including DST, PES, JEF, HUS, VP3, EXP, and others. These formats are compatible with most major brands, including Brother, Janome, and Bernina.
Q4: How should I press my work after it is done?
Quick Note: When ironing the pattern, always apply heat from the back side of the fabric. I recommend using a pressing cloth to protect the threads from direct heat exposure.
Q5: Where can I find the files on the website?
Your files are available in your account immediately after payment. Just log in, select the menu option for My Downloads, and click the download icon to grab your Gradient Haxagon files.
