What fabrics work best for these designs?

Our machine embroidery designs work on stable fabrics like quilting cotton, linen, denim, canvas, and flannel. For the "Light Density" patterns, medium-weight fabrics are great because they let the fabric texture show through without puckering. This Halloween Collection looks great on most materials.

What does "Light Density" mean?

"Light Density" means the stitches aren't packed tightly together. This gives a softer feel and lets the fabric color come through a little, similar to a watercolor painting.

How do I get the file onto my machine?

To transfer your purchased files, download the ZIP folder to your computer. Then, "unzip" or extract the files. Finally, copy the file type your machine needs onto a USB stick and pop it into your machine.

How do I wash my embroidered items?

Wash your embroidered items gently in cool or cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on a very low setting to keep your stitches looking fresh.

How do I avoid buying the same design twice?

When you are logged in before purchasing, our system will show a red message saying: "You have already bought this product!" The "Add to Cart" button will change to a download link so you don't buy the same pattern again.
