Q1: What fabrics work best for these designs?
Our designs are versatile and look good on stable fabrics like quilting cotton, denim, or canvas. For this "Light Density" machine embroidery design, medium-weight fabrics are ideal as they let the fabric's natural texture show through without puckering.
Q2: What does "Light Density" mean?
It means the stitches are not packed tightly together. This creates a softer, more flexible embroidered finish and allows the fabric color to show through slightly, giving the art a "watercolor" or "sketch" effect.
Q3: How do I get the file onto my machine?
Download the ZIP folder to your computer, "unzip" or extract the files, and copy the specific format your machine requires onto a USB stick. Then just plug it into your machine and choose the design!
Q4: How do I wash my embroidered items?
Wash gently in cool/cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on a very low setting to keep stitches looking fresh. To protect your work, always iron from the reverse side.
Q5: How do I avoid buying the same design twice?
