Q1: What stabilizer types work best?
For most stable fabrics, a medium-weight cut-away or tear-away works well. Use a water-soluble topping on fuzzy fabrics to keep stitches from sinking.
Q2: What is the best way to transfer the file to my machine?
Download the ZIP folder to your computer, extract the files, and then copy the specific format your machine needs onto a USB stick.
Q3: How should I wash my embroidered items?
Wash items gently in cool water with mild detergent. Air dry or use a very low setting on your dryer to help the stitches last.
Q4: What if I accidentally buy the same design twice?
If you are logged in when you make a purchase, the system flags this. You'll see a message that you've already bought this product, and the add to cart button will be replaced with a download link.
Q5: Do I need a special needle for this design?
Pro Tip: Usually, a 75/11 or 80/12 universal embroidery needle is perfect. For delicate fabrics, use a smaller needle. If using metallic threads, switch to a specialized 80/12 or 90/14 metallic needle to prevent thread breaks.
