Does this design require a specific needle?

For most projects, a 75/11 or 80/12 universal needle will work fine. If you are stitching on very light fabric, switch to a smaller needle to keep the stitches crisp.

How do I download the full collection?

To get the entire set, go to the page for Pixie Hollow Special and select the blue "DOWNLOAD HERE" button to save the complete ZIP folder to your computer.

What is the difference between machine trims and stops?

Pro Tip: Trims are how often your machine snips the thread automatically, while stops are the pauses meant for you to switch thread colors during the process.

Where can I find the color chart for these patterns?

You can locate the guide three ways: inside your downloaded ZIP file as a PDF, via the format dropdown in your account, or at the bottom of the Pixie Hollow Special product page.

How do I download only one file type?

Yes, dear! Navigate to your account downloads, click the button labeled "DOWNLOAD FORMAT" next to the design, and choose your preferred file type from the provided list.
