Only customers who have purchased this design can leave a review.
Q1: Should I wash my material before I start?
Yes, dear! Pre-washing your natural fabrics like cotton or linen helps them shrink beforehand, which prevents the fabric from pulling or distorting the stitches once you finish your project.
Q2: Is it safe to change the size of this design?
Pro Tip: We recommend you avoid resizing this design by more than 10 percent. Altering the size beyond that range can change the stitch density and cause the final quality to suffer.
Q3: Which digital file formats do I get with my order?
Your download includes a ZIP file containing everything you need, such as DST, PES, JEF, HUS, VP3, EXP, XXX, and ART formats, making it compatible with almost any home machine.
Q4: How do I properly iron my finished project?
Quick Note: Feel free to iron the Smiling Onion project, but always press from the reverse side. Use a pressing cloth to ensure your threads stay protected from high heat.
Q5: Where can I locate my purchased files?
After you buy the pattern, head over to your account area. From there, click on the download icon or selection menu labeled My Downloads to access your files immediately.
