Q1: Needle Selection
Usually, a 75/11 or 80/12 universal embroidery needle is perfect. For delicate fabrics, opt for a smaller needle. If you're using metallic threads, a specialized 80/12 or 90/14 metallic needle will prevent thread breaks.
Q2: Stabilizer Choice
For most stable fabrics, a medium-weight cut-away or tear-away works best. Cut-away is ideal for stretchy fabrics or detailed designs, while tear-away is great for wovens like towels or denim. On fuzzy fabrics like fleece, use a water-soluble topping to keep stitches from sinking.
Q3: Getting Files to Your Machine
Download the ZIP folder to your computer, then "unzip" or extract the files. After that, copy the specific format your machine requires onto a USB stick.
Q4: Washing Your Embroidered Items
Wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent. To keep stitches looking fresh, air dry or tumble dry on a very low setting.
Q5: Avoiding Duplicate Purchases
Yes, dear! If you are logged in when you view a product you've already bought, the system will show a red message: "You have already bought this product!" and the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced by a download link.
