Q1: Should I pre-wash my fabric?
Yes, dear! Pre-washing is important for natural fabrics like cotton and linen. It prevents the fabric from shrinking and puckering after you've beautifully embroidered your design.
Q2: Can I resize the designs?
We recommend not resizing by more than 10%. Significantly changing the size can alter the stitch density and affect the final outcome of your embroidery.
Q3: Which embroidery file formats are included?
All downloads come in a ZIP file. Inside, you'll find designs in ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PEC, PES, VP3, PCS, SEW, XXX formats, plus a PDF color chart for reference.
Q4: Can I iron the embroidery?
Pro Tip: Yes, you can iron your finished embroidery, but always from the reverse side. Use a pressing cloth to protect the stitches from direct heat and keep them looking their best.
Q5: Where can I find my files after purchase?
Your embroidery files are immediately available in your account. Simply log in, and you can access them by clicking the 'Download' icon or selecting 'My Downloads' from the menu options.
