Yes, dear! Embroidery thread remains stable, but natural materials like cotton or linen will often shrink. Pre-washing ensures that your fabric does not pull at the stitches of this design after you finish.

Pro Tip: We recommend that you do not resize the pattern by more than 10%. Over-scaling can alter the density and ruin the quality of your finished work.
